Your order and your door
Share your WhatsApp number, model, door material and thickness. Your order number is optional; we can ask for your invoice later.
The address and preferred day
Choose your city and district, and add the address. Request a day from two to twenty-one days ahead, after your product arrives.
Review and confirmation
We request your invoice on WhatsApp and verify Noon purchases in Noon. We also check coverage, door fit and installer availability before confirming your appointment.
Where do we install?
We accept requests in Jeddah, Riyadh and Makkah.
Coverage is address-specific
A listed city or district does not guarantee service coverage or a date. We check each address individually. If your location is outside the service area, we retain your request for review and discuss the options.
When is installation included?
For eligible PEISHI purchases that include installation, after verifying the purchase, area and door fit. For other products or additional work, costs are agreed before confirmation.
What about glass or sliding doors?
These doors need a model-specific installation review. We cannot assume compatibility from the lock alone. Select the correct door type in the form so we can review it before arranging a date.
